Scope of Accounting Services

Revenue and Expense Ledger (KPiR)

For businesses using simplified taxation — usually sole proprietorships. Full support and timeliness: keeping the KPiR, calculating income tax advances, maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules, and filing annual PIT returns.

Lump Sum Tax (Ryczałt)

If you’re using the lump sum tax method, I handle your records and submit all required declarations on your behalf.

Social Security (ZUS) Services

Comprehensive support: registrations, deregistrations, monthly settlements — done accurately and securely.

HR and Payroll

Contracts, payroll processing, ZUS reporting, and employee records management. Ideal for small and medium-sized businesses with staff.

Reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS)

If you receive a letter from the Central Statistical Office, I will prepare all required reports and filings on your behalf.

Assistance with Starting a Business

I will guide you step by step through the entire process of starting a business — from CEIDG registration, choosing your form of taxation, to registering with ZUS.
